Information in your appointment request

We collect your name, mobile number, preferred contact method, preferred day, selected service, and agreement to appointment-related contact. Our facial campaign form identifies the facial offer for you. These details help us respond, check availability, and arrange your visit.

Meta may prefill contact fields from your profile; please review them before submitting. Meta also associates inquiries with information such as the originating form and ad. Website inquiries may include recognized traffic-source labels and campaign or ad identifiers, when present, so we can understand which promotion generated a request.

Who receives your request

Website requests are emailed through Resend to our designated appointment support inbox, victor@insiderclicks.com. Victor and the clinic’s authorized booking team use the information needed to respond and coordinate your appointment. Facebook and Instagram inquiries are available to authorized users in Meta Leads Center.

Once availability is agreed, the team manually enters the necessary booking information in the clinic’s scheduling system. Submitting a form does not reserve a time, take a payment, or create a medical record.

Calls, texts, and your choices

We use the method you select to discuss this request and follow up if we have not heard back. Agreeing to appointment contact does not enroll you in promotional messages. Text-message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or tell the team that you do not want further follow-up.

You may also call the business instead of using a form. We do not request medical history, identification documents, photographs of health conditions, or payment details in these appointment forms. Please discuss clinical questions directly with your treating professional through the clinic’s private consultation process.

Service providers and technical information

Vercel hosts the website, Resend processes appointment email delivery, and Meta provides Facebook and Instagram lead forms and Leads Center. These services may process technical information, including network and device information and operational logs, to provide their services. Your activity on Facebook or Instagram is also governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.

We do not intentionally include form contents in website analytics or application logs. Contact information stays in the appointment-support tools used to manage your inquiry; it is not included in the website’s analytics events or page URLs.

Retention and privacy requests

We keep inquiry and follow-up information for as long as needed to handle your request, coordinate the visit, resolve related questions, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Booking records are managed in the clinic’s scheduling system. Hosting, email, and Meta services may retain their own operational records under their policies.

You can contact us to ask about the information we hold, request access or correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify your request and retain information where applicable recordkeeping obligations require it. Please do not send sensitive health details with a privacy request.

Optional website analytics

If optional analytics is configured, it loads only after you choose to allow it. It measures page visits and actions such as appointment starts, successfully submitted requests, calls, and directions clicks. These events do not include your name, mobile number, contact preference, or other form details. Visiting the next-steps page does not count as submitting an inquiry.

Selecting “Decline” keeps optional analytics off. Your browser remembers your preference, and you can change it below.
